Bukola is a seasoned HR and Organizational Development professional with over 15 years of progressive experience across HR management, learning & development, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and business advisory. She currently serves as Head of Human Resources & Administration at Laider International (W/A) Limited, providing strategic HR leadership alongside her consulting work.
A Certified Trainer, Licensed Counsellor, and experienced facilitator, she has designed and delivered training across leadership development, employee engagement, workplace ethics, and career coaching — driven by a belief that organizational success begins with investing in people.
